  1. I don't know but judging from some other Hungarian surnames it's probably something really silly. and maybe even part of an 18th century joke that went out of control

Ok I think I found the meaning it's just an old Hungarian variant of "George" a common name in many European languages including English that originated from Greek likely you had an ancestors with that name at some point probably in the 18th century and was not very creative or didn't see the point of a last name like a lot of people back then
