In the USA Over 2 million dogs and cats dumped and abused end up in shelters disgrace New world Laws are needed Time for a world petition 1 Give a date for New Pet and animal protection Laws After this date 1 Pro breeders are the only people allowed to breed They must have vet or pet insurance and be checked twice a year 2 After the new laws are brought in anyone wanting to own a pet must get vet pet insurance Cant afford it No Pet Lose your job your Vet Pet insurance would cover your pet for 3 months until you find a new job if you dont find a job you would still keep your pet however you would have to get vet pet insurance a month after starting any job 3 Anyone abusing their pet or any animal must be named shamed fined and banned for life if the abuse is severe jailed 4 Dump your pet in a shelter you would have to pay the shelter a small amount every month until a new owner is found IF anyone dumps their pet because their pet was old sick or the person was bored with their pet they would be banned from owning any other pet and have to pay the shelter If they broke the law they would be fined and jailed Animals are not TOYS

Thankyou for caring Time for world laws apart from shelter pets all owners must have pet insurance and take their pet once a year for a check up at their vets If they lose their job they could stop paying for pet insurance untill they returned to work if they die and have funds property part would go to their pet or the person looking after their pet Animals are not toys they are living beings Only people who dont care buy an animal they cant afford Shelter owners are different they take in animals in most cases that have been dumped or abused by people who should never have been allowed to own any animal A date for New world laws are needed for the future to protect pets and really wildlife insects and even laws for the treatment of livestock People who already own a pet before new laws were brought in would not have to buy pet insurance
