But you said it is always against policy to chase someone who is driving at 130 mph, but I have seen them do it alot and not all of the cases was a suspect who committed a felony, the more people evade and are not pursued the more they will decide not to stop, and if someone is that desperate to elude they probably have a good reason, like committing some kind of felony. And you are right I'm not a police officer, if I didn't have a clue about what I was talking about I wouldn't have made a comment about it. And I don't believe that most departments have a policy not to chase someone simply because they fail to stop, if that were the case a lot more people would never stop at all.
