  17.  @mydoglefty  Your compression of English is as bad as your understanding of Biology, I never said that I had a degree in Biology I actually said that it doesn't take a degree to understand basic Biology, why can't people accept that they are what they are and can't change according to their feelings and society doesn't effect what they are, if gender is only what you believe it to be and they are what they feel why do they feel the need to change and if it's not a physical change why did they come up with the term gender affirming care where they mutilate children and permanently take away their gender, yes sex and gender are the same even though you insist that it isn't.
