@kristenjustkristen9462 When you can see it happens, it's not allegedly, it's like if they are running from the police and it's on video it's not allegedly.

@kristenjustkristen9462 So if there is a police chase it isn't really a police chase until it's proven in court ?

@kristenjustkristen9462 Yes I noticed that, but if a police officer shoots a suspect they don't say they allegedly shot them, just because someone is seen doing something doesn't mean they will be convicted.
