@commonsenseisdeadandgone They do have to bark orders when they make requests and they aren't fallowed, I definitely know the difference in a police state and a policed state, by the way if the person in this video would have been civil his encounter with the police would have been much smoother.

@commonsenseisdeadandgone Bottom line is getting emotionally charged doesn't help anything, and cooperating with the police isn't pandering, I have had more encounters with the police than I could possibly count but in each one I acted civil and so did the police, and in this case we all know that the driver was the one who escalated the situation.
