So you admit that gender affirming care transforms gender by taking away a childs sex organs but you still pretend that sex and gender aren't the same, why am I asking ? I'm writing a book about people who pretend to be something they aren't, and why they can't accept who and what they are.

@raimundematiusaityte9929 Since they change their sex why don't they call it sex affirming care for anyone who tries to transform their sex, but since they call it gender affirming care and transgender proves that sex and gender are the same.
