He definitely disobeyed orders and resisted !

Dad definitely attempted to flee, resisted and failed to comply but he shouldn't get life in prison for it !

@Logan Liszt He was told about a hundred times to get out of his vehicle, it wasn't hard to understand that he was ordered to exit his vehicle, you are on the wrong side of the law !

@Future-zx9ts No officer did anything wrong !
1
@patrickcharles7190 I say accommodations for the fine officers !
1
@Logan Liszt I meant it as hyperbole! They told him to exit his vehicle plenty of times! Charges are always dropped because they are soft on crime as you should know if you watch the news, and police are always investigated, stop hating the police !
1
@ryan19754 Exactly they asked him to leave several times and he refused ! Then they asked him to exit his vehicle several times and he always refused ! And you are right when you say u can't say he didn't wich is a double negative, so u can say he did anything wrong, in case you are wondering that means he did things wrong, including not obeying simple commands, he had multiple chances to leave, wich he chose not to accept, and he had plenty of chances to exit his vehicle wich he also chose not to accept !
1
@ryan19754 You are wrong ! The officer gave him multiple chances to drive away and he chose not to, then he asked him to exit his vehicle several times and he chose not to, stop defending people who can't obey simple lawful orders ! If he would have just drove off like he was asked instead of escalating the situation things would have went much better !
1
@ryan19754 That's why the crime rate is so high ! People have no respect for the law or police !
1
@Logan Liszt The point is the officer asked him politely to leave and he became aggressive and biligerant toward him, if he would have parked a little farther back or drove ahead his son would have got his ticket and they would have been on their way, you have to agree that the guys attitude and unwillingness to do anything that the officer asked was uncalled for !
1
@theend2353 They also told him to exit his vehicle about a hundred times !
1
@samtaybi6029 I'm certain he already is one !
1
@animekingcody He was hindering their traffic stop for no good reason, his son was over 21 and was only getting a ticket, and when he refused to leave the officer had a legal right to detain him, he became belligerent and they asked him to exit his vehicle several times and he refused, if he would have drove away in the first place instead of escalating the situation things would have went a lot easier !

@animekingcody Did you see the video from Kearny Mesa a CHP office had someone pulled over and a man pulled up behind him and got out and ran toward him with a knife, it was a simple traffic stop and there was no need for the father to stop behind the officer, like you said it was sketchy, it's like when the frauditors bring more people into a situation that aren't needed and it makes things more dangerous for everyone involved when the officers have to devote attention to people who shouldn't even be there it only make the situation harder than it needs to be, it makes police officers job much more difficult and dangerous not only them but everyone involved when everyone seems to be against them and they are blamed for not doing their job, it used to be the cops were treated as the good guys and the criminals were the villains, now the police are treated as the villains and the criminal are treated as the good guys !

@apachetactics5495 Apparently you don't know much about the law, the constitution or English, you don't go to prison for assault, there was no injury so no Reckless Endangerment, and it's too many civil rights not to many civil rights ! And there is nothing in the constitution that says you don't have to follow orders from law enforcement officers ! They asked him to leave several times and he refused, it's like if you are trespassing and they ask you to leave and if you don't they can then detain you, then they asked him to exit his vehicle several times and he refused ! You sound like a sovcit !
