Indonesia and Slovenia have charged Israeli with genocide a few weeks ago. That case will be heard in a couple weeks at the International Court of Justice …maybe the 19th of February. A Palestinian is charged under the military court not the civil court system like the Israelis. This means that the Israeli soldiers can go into a Palestinian home, drag the children , women and men out, put them in prison for 20 years and not charge them.
