She was in a jail cell with 30 other detainees and said the cell was dirty, cold and the 30 women didn’t have enough washrooms. “People” wrote an article about her, if you want to read the full story. I also read of a Canadian who was going to visit her daughter and granddaughter in Texas and was kept by ICE at the border for two weeks in a cell. Her family paid $20,000.00 to get her out. She has no criminal record.
