  8. Before Oct 7th, there were 5,200 Palestinians in Israeli prisons, most of them without any charges or trials, including women and children. This is why Hamas took hostages…to exchange them for Palestinians. Palestinians are judged in a military court, not a civilian court, like the Israelis. By trying Palestinians in a military court, Israel denies them recognition as a civilian with a right to a civilian life. A Palestinian child will get 20 years in prison for throwing stones at an Israeli soldier.   9. The U.S. signed the genocide convention in 1948. I though it meant that it is obligated to help any country that is having genocide committed against it. Yemen signed the genocide convention on April 6 1989. When Yemen signs a genocide document…it does what it said it was going to do…even if it’s 35 years later. Yemen is the only country in the world that is trying to stop a genocide.. This genocide and the atrocities against the Palestinians has been going on for 75 years. Why did it take the world 75 years to help the Palestinians? The Christians are being killed, too, by Israel, so it’s not just the Palestinians. The Israeli government wants all of Israel to be for Jewish people, so if you aren’t Jewish, you aren’t safe. Israel will be charged with TORTURE, APARTHEID, WAR CRIMES, CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, and GENOCIDE. I think Israel has been charged with apartheid and torture already. And South Africa charged Israel with genocide last week.
