You struggle ever since: your mentality is still in thr 1500s, your ignorance is still at mrdeivql level, bit you think that during a European-looking apartment makes you European. Open a book without pictures. Learn something instead of going on a foreign vacation. Otherwise you will remain in the present Neanderthal state.

  2. 10-year-old estimates don't apply anywhere in the world (too many variables change of a long period of time). You shouldn't trust your government because it lies to you all the time, but you should also learn what estimates are.

  3. There is no such thing as the cost of natural resources. It is a HYPOTHETICAL number telling you what those resources would be worth in the market TODAY if they could be retrieved at TODAY'S prices (wages, etc.). You could've heard such a nonsensical measure only from your government, that tries to make you bieve that you are rich. Russia has nrvervbeen rich. Go provide plumbing to 30% of the country that still uses outhouses; produce a decent pair of underware for your women; enough butter and eggs for your retirees to survive -- then we might talk. When will you achieve that, the end of the century? Never. You know perfectly well that you will never achieve that, because you never did.
