Democracies are always slow, and ao by design. The primary objective is to determine the best action to take (effectiveness), and the uae of resources, including time (efficiency) is secondary.
In war, time and resources matter, and priorities are oftentimes reversed: don't look for the best thing to do -- just do something to solve the problem fast. Your marshal Zhukov, who needledlssly lost tens if not hundreds of thousands of his soldiers, is a good example.
It is easier for a dictator to fight than for a democracy. The child that made this video appears to have discivered this well known fact just this morning.
The problem is, DICTATORS DON'T GO AWAY after winning a war.
There is no form of government that is perfect for all occasions, because the governed choosing their government are quite imperfect themselves. A government cannot be better than the people. Every people deserve the government they have, it is they who selected that government (unless the cocurred by an invader, of corse).
I hope the Russian people will understand some day what capitalism and democracy are. (Many honestly believe that they live under capitalism -- communism is gone, so it must capitalism, what else is there?).
It is truly painful o listen to thid child (I lasted only a few minutes). He is the epitomy of what Dostoevsky called "arrogance of ignorance."
It is even more painful to think that this child has a following, that there adults listening to him....
