  3. I do so much disagree with her sentence and the public opinion asking for the death penalty ! Jodie was used and abused and very probably indeed narcissistic, she lied like an arrogant bitch, she comitted a horrible crime and fore sure, she deserves a heavy prison sentence ! No doubt on that ! However , travis was a completely abusive and perversive arsehole who certainely did NOT deserve to be murdered but painting him like a saint and her as the most evil woman in history is plain wrong . Many many great truly sadistic serial killers with zero mitigating circumstances got less than her . She deserves a heavy penalty for sure ! But , he was nowhere near a Saint and abused her , there are so many far greater murderers who got life with parole , this sentence was unfair, this is a ''burn the witch case ". There are many and many truly recidivist serial killers with no mitigating circumstances who get a chance of parole after 25 years. I am not saying that she did not deserve a heavy sentence because she does but this is not fair sentencing and the public s reaction is irrationnal. This is a case of second degree NOT a first degree murder, she should have got life with a possibility of parole after 15 to 25 years. all jury apart from one and public wanting the death penalty is mental
