  12.  @ikewangen  Winning on a single technicality, that was the result of a rules change made right before the match specifically so you would have a chance against your opponent, is pathetic. If it was me who won like that, I would not count it as a win. You gotta BEAT the other guy, be better than he is. I wrestled all though school, I know how I would feel. If it were possible, I would say "Lets do that again". I would say "I know I won a technecality, but Alexander is clearly the better wrestler."

I care because he did not win by skill or strength or spirit, but won by a rule change meant to specifically increases his chances of victory. It's not a win unless you are some kind of bureaucrat.

I walk around @245 with 10% body fat, I could not drop below 220 without losing a massive amount of muscle. lowest level of body fat one could go into a fight with even remotely healthy is 4-5%.
