But you can't really compare the two, America has had a violent history with mass shootings going all the way back to the wild wild west. America was born out of bloodshed and rebellion. And America has a huge population compared to Sweden, so every kind of crime will happen more often. Sweden hasn't been that way for 200 years. Your government IS as bad as it is made out to be.   37. No, you would not necessarily lose. I have sued 2 different big banks and won. As well as one of the largest insurance companies in the US. The terms are not rock solid, a judge can find them invalid, for whatever reason depending on the case. EVERYONE should sue them, that will crush them. They can't handle that level of litigation, despite their size.
