  1. No, you would not necessarily lose. I have sued 2 different big banks and won. As well as one of the largest insurance companies in the US. The terms are not rock solid, a judge can find them invalid, for whatever reason depending on the case. EVERYONE should sue them, that will crush them. They can't handle that level of litigation, despite their size.

  7. Well considering the recent federal court decision here in the US, I would say at least in America they will now be liable to lawsuits.
