  2. Cops don't protect people. This woman getting shot is just a side effect of them managing the cattle. SCOTUS even said that the police have no duty to protect you. They aren't your friends. They are there to do what their paymasters tell them and for their own personal power. You could just as easily wind up as dead as this....African specimen....even though you did nothing wrong or illegal.
