  2. 57 kg is pretty light. You are right about drugs, other than some youthful experimentation it's all bad. I don't even drink alcohol. Stone cold sober. You can do it my friend, you realized your mistakes and are in the process of correcting them. I wish you unlimited success in this endeavor, it is good and life affirming. Covid was a bunch of BS!

  4. That sounds horrific to me. If I don't eat fruits and vegetables every day, I feel quite unhealthy. I don't eat meat at all, only eggs (that might count as meat to some). The way I lost weight quickly and easily was in Thailand, I ate whatever I wanted, mostly rice based vegetable dishes and fruit but I did eat some crap food here and there, ice cream and pizza. Still, the weight just melted off. The fact is our food supply (if you live in North America) has been highly compromised. You can eat like a rabbit and workout hours a day and barely lose any weight here. In Asia it is so so easy.

  5. Gross, that diet is unnatural. We aren't meant to eat that much meat. I hope you are only doing it to cut weight, otherwise you might have some health problems down the road.
