  2. That really depends on the situation in my book. I can't make such a blanket statement. In the case of Maxine Waters I agree, she needs to go to prison. However, the state uses violence to enforce all laws and when the state does not uphold the law, it is fair to go to the people to MAKE IT adhere to the constitution. People like you would have most certainly been against the revolution that formed our country had you been alive at the time.
