  16.  @lastguyminn2324  I'm saying that if Warren proved to be a turncoat or just impotent, I would want her to be pressured to resign. Maybe threats of impeachment from the Left would do the trick, but probably not. Sigh. Most importantly, we do not have the time to waste on incompetency or treachery. The windows of opportunity are closing fast. Whether it's climate crisis or a fascist corporate takeover, we could see all chances of a human and humane future disappear entirely. Never to return. A long slog of misery (the famous "boot stamping a human face, forever") or a relatively merciful dispatch from nature; those would be the only paths left. I have more confidence in Sanders than I have in Warren. As a galvanizing force, I think only Sanders will do. And we will need that push because everyone of goodwill will be needed to act to turn around decades of going the wrong way. In solidarity, I wish us all the luck in the world.

  20. Whatever happens, I hope people are prepared to do what needs to be done, regardless of who is in government. Can't go back to sleep and dream of "maybe next time". There will not be a next time. Only comfortable people (comfortable for the moment) can think otherwise. So, sort out, as best as you can, who is real, who is fake and who can you trust among the people you know. Get into the streets, the boardrooms, the offices of our elected representatives. The status quo will not go without a fight.
