  1. Germany had very good Generals and military men, they always have. The leadership has been bad to horrible, but the military itself and the men in it have been top notch for a long time. Just because Germany had one leader who came close to being as horrible as most Russian leaders, doesn't mean everyone in the country was bad. It doesn't mean all of us who's families left Germany in the 1800s are bad either. Put the blame where its due, with the 'workers' parties.
