Medieval warming period, several hundred years before industry and SUVs, it was warm enough to have vineyards in GREENLAND... you know, the place covered with glaciers and ice just east of Canuklandia. Strange how the wiki keeps getting erased and replaced with other information, you'd think there was an effort to obfuscate the period. Warmest in recorded history.... well considering we started recording temps in what is known as the mini or little ice age which began in the 1600s and ended in the early 1800s, when there were summers that had snowfall in New England and they called it the year without summer, yeah its easy to be warmer than that.
