  1. I am 53 years old, never lifted competitively, but was worked exceptionally hard during the first gulf war resulting in me being able to beat the female records in every category even at my age. All I ever did in a gym was cardio to stay in the military, because being 50lbs over your max weight means you need a low BF%. When you are 5'8 and can bench well over 450lbs you end up being kinda thick... and heavy. Perhaps I should enter some female power lifting contests, I'll even keep the beard in all its gray glory.
