@VeritasIncrebresco if they won't sell to him he can dump all of his shares and drop the price into the basement, killing the company in the process. He has them by the short hairs, the balls, and by the throat. Thats why they wanted him to accept the board position, so they could stop him from doing exactly this. So their choice is lose their grasp on the ability to censor everyone they dislike who lives in reality, or lose the platform entirely when he buys it at a bargain basement price after the collapse he will cause. its glorious.
