Sargon (Carl Benjamin) won a lawsuit brought against him for this sort of thing by a chick who didn't like what he said about her. Its not a smart move to go after your critics with copyright claims.

@tshaolin971 I would agree if they are simply reposting the entirety of someone else's work. Mentioning other channels and showing the parts you disagree with is fair use. I haven't watched any of the 'offenders' and haven't seen a Quartering video in more than a year, apparently YT is hiding him from me. As for me I would rather link their entire video rather than cut it up and use it in mine. I've found some automotive videos that explain things very well, and it saves me the time from doing so, and I will provide a link to their channel when I make my videos. Even if I disagree with someone, I will not be using what they have worked on, I like to come up with my own material. My version of goofy is different from other people.
