  1. I was the NCO who got the 'problem children' in the USAF, they volunteered to be there. They gave me enough stress that the idea of a draft is terrifying. How will NCOs be able to 'manage' all these 'don't wanna be there' problems without being able to do the things that were used in the past with draftees? i.e. wall to wall counselling. Don't get me started on the 'not males' and their limited capabilities.
