  2. I was at the VA for a dental appointment today, and these two guys walked through the waiting room bringing in supplies. The TV was not on, the five of us in the waiting room were on our phones, but not doing things most people do. The delivery guys commented that nobody was watching the TV, and I said, "nothing worth seeing anyway" the other four vets agreed. I play sudoku to keep my mind sharp, and to keep my hypervigilance from going haywire. The other guys were Korea, Nam and first desert war vets like me, and they were doing similar things. Not being passively entertained, not doing something on social media, they were working on stuff or playing a brain game like I was. We use our phones to be productive to some extent rather than being told what to think. Its been more than 35 years since I watched TV.

  3.  @abetterfuture4787  sorta... but there is a bright side to it as well. Think of all the Darwin award winners who are clearing themselves from the gene pool. Now I am not big on Eugene netics, like the people spewing all this nonsense, but the problem will sort itself out eventually.

  4.  @nocturnaljoe9543  yep, I am not allowed to use certain words in here, if I do the comments are hidden. Thats why I spell things wrong, and beat around the bush. Sometimes my comments are hidden by default, even on automotive channels where nothing political is said. They really do not like someone who remembers history, is outspoken about it, isn't easily gaslighted, and doesn't like the ideas of Karl M.

  5. So my choices are be a pe3dobear-type, worshipping ladies with enough mass to have their own gravity well, and lopping off my tab D, or being called bad names by those people. They can kiss both sides of my gelatinous pock marked posterior.
