Man they are so different, having emotional reasons why they eat so much. I can't fathom that, eating is a chore to me, for the most part.
Emotions are not why I am a SFG, I am 325 because muscle weighs more, and the US military packed a lot of it on me. Twice.. then wiped out most of my joints overworking me. Now, with all the mass, it doesn't take much to make me look pudgy. You can see my ribs, my arms and legs have surprisingly good definition considering I am 5'8" its not being able to run, and my body having a tendency to pack on muscle or pudge depending on activity.
Even with the really bad knees, I just unloaded 2,000lbs of wood pellets in 40lb bags, two at a time, in 20 minutes. Carrying them about 25-30 feet from the bed of my pickup to the place in the house where I store them. Two years ago I shoveled 12 tons of gravel from the back of my truck in about 6 hours, which included the 20 min drive both ways to get more gravel.
The scale doesn't matter as much to me as being able to fit in clothes, and not have flab everywhere. Currently I have a belly... thats about it. I could get down to 280 maybe 270, but I'd be ripped like a body builder if I did. Real hard to do that without running, and my 2004 deployment ensured I will never run again. Oh right now I am around 1500 calories a day.
