I noticed that the apps were only giving me the dregs, 60+, 200lbs+, and it was rare I even saw anyone on them that was acceptable. That was ten years ago, when I was 45. 20 years ago I was able to meet someone online, because not many people were there and it was sorta new. Now at 55, its really not worth it for me to bother. In public I get attention, they say hello or hi, smile then look down and away, which if you know what that means... Online nothing, and I doubt its any better now than it was when I stopped looking. Sure, I am old but when 20 year olds flirt with you it means they don't want to know the number. Also most guys my age are not attractive at all, they never built themselves in their youth. I am too busy doing my thing to bother with dating, two wives set me back decades, so I don't need another one doing the same again when I am too old to rebuild.
