50/50 even? IT CANNOT HAPPEN. The human race will go extinct. Making men more like women makes them unattractive and undesirable. Making women like men also makes them unattractive and undesirable. We are different for a reason, men and women fit together like gears in a machine. The highs fit into the lows. If we are equal its like having two smooth wheels rather than gears, its very inefficient that way.
Females cannot lift what men can lift, they do not have the spatial skills and abilities inherent in men, they do not have the aggressiveness and problem solving inherent in men. That means they cannot do the vast majority of work men do.
I worked in a factory back in the 90s. From time to time they would complain about my overtime. When they did I would take a vacation day on Friday and on Monday, when I normally worked Saturday and often Sunday. The backlog of parts when I came in to work on Tuesday would me IMMENSE, visually displaying just how productive I am. It would be six months to a year before they complained about my OT again. Pay me a bit more, or pay five people to do the same amount of work... your choice. I quit that job in 1998, and in 2000 they packed up the entire plant and shipped it to Mexico.
My leaving cost them over $400k a month in production, and they were paying me $11.50 an hour. They didn't try to retain their most productive people for some reason.
Now, that is how we rectify this issue. We withdraw, take a vacation, we do not play the game they have rigged against us. Its a vacation, not a walk out. Make it hurt, make them beg you to return and do the work. Work for yourself, build your life and yourself, build muscle, build wealth, and increase your knowledge. The more you know and can do, the more valuable you are. If you are not valuable and you check out, it means nothing. the guy who did my job on 3rd shift did so little and was so inept at it, that nobody noticed when he took his two weeks of vacation or simply didn't show up. His effect was minimal. They sure as hell noticed when I was not there, and I made the job look easy.
Around 17 minutes LoM talks about the guys who say they checked out when they never were in the game. He is right. If your feed is all this content, and you aren't doing anything to improve your life, then you are doing what the people pushing the wok eness on us want you to do. i.e. Stop existing.
