I can get a GF if I want one. After two ex wives taking everything I own except some old cars and my tools, I neither want nor need a GF. They all turn their heads when I drive by in my Cuda, GTOs, or the rowdy loud LeMans with a 1100hp ish engine I built for it, but yeah I can't get one... lol. Sure.

Both my wives decided to try and do better when they hit 30. Typical woman in yellow, if they are meant to be in your life they will.. yeah, restraining orders over fabrications and falsehoods do a damn fine job of making people leave your life. Both my ex's are miserable now... 23 years and 11 years this May since the divorces. The majority of them do like these women... poorly. I hit 50 and it was just another day, because I had already done things most people never would or could. I am more concerned with what I want to do with the years I have left than trying to feel young again. I literally own/drive the same cars I drove since I was 16. I stopped driving the economy car I bought when I was 34 because people are jerks towards me in it, like its a poor man's mid life crisis car. A bright red 1998 Formula Firebird I got back in 2004. Live a life that fulfills you, even when someone else throws a wrench in it like my ex wives did.

It took me 8 years to rebuild and pay off the mortgage and building loans after the ex got everything except my old cars and tools. My ex had ZERO evidence of anything, she got the restraining order based completely on hearsay. The 'soulmate' she left for at 30 stuck around for 3 years until her dad got tired of supporting both of them. Then he left her, she has been alone ever since and her dad paid her bills until he passed last February ('23). Had to wait two more years for the first to be out of my wallet before I could start rebuilding in earnest in 2015. Now I own 13 acres of land, a bunch of old muscle cars I am rebuilding, a big shop with a lift, and I have no debt. No way in hell am I letting a woman into my life so she can take everything I have built before I even met her.

@lukewalken1316 I'm 54... I do not dye my beard, and since I worked nights most of my life, I look early 40s maybe late 30s. I get LOTS of interest from the under 30 ladies. If I really wanted to, which I do not, I could pick up a 20 something gf real easy. If I had never gotten married and instead had a big pile of cash, I could be doing what Leonardo does, catch and release sport fishing.
