  3. You don't need to be as big as he is, or as big as I am to get female attention. You simply have to be bigger than most guys in your area. Definitely lift and put on mass, its HUGELY beneficial as far as your capabilities are concerned, shoot for 17" arms and bench pressing 300lbs or so, and you are right in the sweet spot. I'm 54, twice divorced, and I actively push women away. I was never a bodybuilder, but I was somewhat forced to be a power lifter by the USAF. I'm not as big as he is, my arms have shrunk to 20" from the 22" they were in 1991 after my first war. I get the same reactions he does when I am low BF%, and I still get plenty of interest from women where I am right now in BF%. I use this name because the USAF always marked me down and messed with me about my muscle mass, saying I was morbidly obese. By BMI I am beyond morbidly obese.. lol, so is that body builder. You probably will never get as big as I am, but thats not a problem. 15" to 17" arms is more than enough to get attention from women. I had 15" arms when I enlisted back in 1988 and it was easy to pick them up. The mind numbing amount of work I did to gain 7" of muscle mass in less than one year is far beyond what most people will ever do. What I did when I was 21 hurts a lot at 54, believe that. Having this much mass on a 5'8 frame causes issues with joints, connective tissue, blood pressure, and breathing. I am the same size and strength as a medium sized silverback gorilla. However, if I dropped 30-40lbs so you could see my six pack, there would be no shortage of women trying to get my attention. I used to drop 40lbs every November in high school for wrestling, I'd go from looking big to absolutely ripped and gaunt looking. I don't want to do that, I like not having to deal with females constantly. After two divorces and losing everything I owned other than some old rusty cars, I just don't have the interest in them I did 30 years ago. I wear baggy clothes I get at hardware stores, like Menards, Lowes, and Tractor Supply.. I kid you not. I do not want their attention and expense... ok once in a while some nookie is good, but its a lot of Bravo Sierra to get some, and the risks (legal). I forget how much larger I am than everyone else, then I see myself in a photo or a video next to normal people and I am always surprised. My community page has a big of me at a distance with my 65 GTO, lined up with my family and our vehicles if you want to see what I mean. I can lift some very heavy stuff.

  4.  @HappyGoFunTimes  you can assume that, but if he has training the mass doesn't negatively impact him as much as you might think. It will limit his range of motion, I have the same problem, but not to the same extent. I wrestled in high school, at 167lbs and 5'8", benched 265lbs that year A year later after farm and construction work it was over 300. I overpowered all the state champs on my team, including the 185lb two time champ who went on to play nose guard in the NFL for Jacksonville, Carolina, and Denver. The smaller guys had zero chance against me, even the 155s, and I whupped on state champs from other schools, but not at my weight. 167 was the toughest weight, you had to be fast like the light guys, and strong like the big guys. All of that training still works despite the fact I am 54 now, and a hell of a lot stronger. I benched over 500 back in 2003, someone asked if I could, and I didn't know so we found out. Its probably higher than that, I never checked. For being 300lbs you would be very surprised at how fast I can move when I want to, and how quietly. Once you know how to move quick like a wrestler, that muscle memory stays with you the rest of your life. I figure it will go away if I make it to 70, but for now its still here. If he has BJJ training or something like it, small guys will get obliterated. Small to him is someone under 250lbs. Without training he will still be fast and explosive, so you have to avoid letting him grab something, like a wrist.. because he will dislocate your shoulder with a twitch.

  11.  @jonathanjacob5453  yeah it happens, I had it happen to me when I was in Korea. One hell of an ego boost for a 5'8 muscle bound freak of nature who always assumed he wasn't very good looking. I had Russians and Koreas hitting on me, even when I told them I had no money because it was all going to the ex wife. Most of the time though, they are too timid and afraid of rejection, so they put themselves in your line of sight, and do something silly, like bend over or strike a pose that will accentuate her best asset. They like to do that in stores, looking intently at the bottled water trying to get my attention. Its hilarious. I am not attractive to all females, but I am to enough of them that I could have one a week relatively easily. The Russians accused me of being a 'playboy' all the time, which I found very amusing. So I figure I was right on the 19% or 20% for most of my life, and had no idea most of it. If I lost my belly and dress in something not from a hardware store, it would be very easy for me now with all the weak soybois around here. I'm just not interested, I've had lots of them and done everything except twins at the same time. When they are looking at a ripped guy, who has a strong jawline, and heavy brow, who is 6'2 or taller, he doesn't even have to be that muscular, just not skinny and weak looking, she would be screwing up if she came out and said that to him. Most of the tall guys have no idea what a chick acts and looks at them like when she is interested. Its obvious once you know what to look for. They all do exactly the same things. I used to go talk to the ones who looked at me like that. Its how I got so many of them. I ignored the ones who didn't look at me that way, they had to show interest for me to bother.
