  1. Bo, this is part of what i was talking about. Get away from the city, 20 min isn't far enough, property taxes will restrict you farming that close to a large city. I'm 3 hours north of Green Bay Wisconsin, lots of snow, but mild weather. Water is easy here. 10% of the earth's fresh water is mile from where I standing. Remote is better than near cities
