@FullCircleTravis do you have kids? Because if you have kids, she can decide to take them from you, no reason nor justification needed. She will be rewarded for it. I was thrilled my ex finally left, the police backed her every time they showed up looking to arrest me for what she did. She did not intimidate me at all, even when she was coming at me with something or throwing things. I have lots of scars from her, maybe I needed to give a few scars back. I am not a timid man, not a small powerless one either, but there are more police than me. She absconded with my two daughters when they were 5 and 7, moved them 1500 miles away and I had to look for several days to find them when I came home on leave. She screened calls, threw away presents I sent or kept them for herself, and I was forced to give her all but $100 of my take home pay for nearly 3 years. I slept in my old ratty car while active duty in the US military, or on friend's couches. Lots of cheese and bologna sandwiches, except for the week where a friend's gf gave her kids my weeks worth of food one day. For the next 7 years I got to see my kids a total of 12 days. Usually the last afternoon before I head to head back to base, and I spent the rest of the time trying to find them. My bank account was seized twice as a punitive measure, so they could put me behind on payments, and punish me for the payment bouncing. They kept the money, and did not give it to her. So be as willful as you like.. when she decides to destroy you, there will be precious little you can do about it. Your choices are let it happen or take a permanent dirt nap. If you try to fight them, they will make it even worse. I lost 15 years of my life living on a tiny portion of my income because the rest was going to someone who did not deserve nor earn it.

@skullviolater8835 nah, they simply do not know. Crowder is finding out the hard way right now. he was saying the same things Matt and the others were saying, just a few short years ago. Now he has been shown what really happens. She lies, takes the kids, most of your income, and is rewarded for less than honorable actions. The other guys on this panel, haven't been through it. Matt has no idea what its like for his wife to take his kids 1500 miles away, and keep you from contacting them. He can't imagine why a mom would do that, but they do it all the damn time and his imagination is not part of it. He still believes they are wonderful people, and they have only been misinformed a little bit. Coward doesn't fit, ignorant and inexperienced fit better.

@FullCircleTravis it crossed my mind often. However, I like my kids more than I loathed her. Also I like my old cars more than I like anything else, well maybe my dogs. Wanting to build all these old cars I have is why I am still here.

You can't expect a bunch of married / never divorced wealthy guys who are older than I am (54) to get it. Young men have no options, no incentives, and no reason to bother with marriage. There is too much risk involved with zero benefit.

@Scotty_Bo0m yes, and who is leading, Boring and Klaven. Jeremy is close to my age, Klaven is older. They don't know and won't know until it happens to them, same as Crowder. The older you are when she divorces you, the worse it is, because you won't have enough years of living left to rebuild. They take everything you have built and hand it to her, and you are left with nothing. Its what they did to Robin Williams and many others.
