  1. Hate to break it to you, but they are going after vehicles too. When I am not a crazy long distance hole punching nut, I am a hard core gearhead (ok most of the time I am doing gearhead things.) Its why you are paying $4 for gasoline and they are pushing everyone towards electrics which are considerably more expensive so only certain people will be able to drive in their perfect little world. I don't mind EVs, except the limited range, expense, and corrosion issues that tend to make them catch fire. The Tesla Plaid hauls ass, which is cool. Its all about control. So long as we have the long distance hole punches, they cannot force their will upon us like that. Thats why they are going after the hole makers.... so they can deprive us of everything else. For the record, my GTOs and Firebirds (all vintage between 1965 and 1979) run on vodka, aka ethanol. Its clean burning, makes lots of power, allows me to run high compression in my daily driver which makes even more power, and everything lasts longer in my vehicles... except rear tires. I don't run the stuff because its green. I run ethanol because I can make it myself, like when no other fuels are available, and I don't have to pay the price they demand I pay for it. Everything else is a bonus. Making your fuel is like reloading, but you make the powder and projectiles yourself. Using cattails a gallon of vodka fuel only costs me 40 cents to make. That is 10x less expensive than gasoline.
