@zeroyon4562 Camaro =/= WS6 TA. This one in the video needs some help, considering it has a chevy in it that does not surprise me. I own three WS6 1979 Trans Ams and a WS6 Formula, along with other Formula Firebirds. 71, 72(very rare 455 HO), 74, 78, then five 79s including a 10th Anniversary TA, and a 98 Formula. If you saw on the steering wheel like he does in the video with one of mine, or the 65 GTO which has a fast ratio box in it, you will be swerving all over the road. With modern rubber the WS6 cars are pretty damn good, even with stock 60 series tires they handle better than anything else built in the US until the 3rd gens came out in 1982.

@Rudolphe_ or you could go for a drive in a 540hp/ near 600ftlb 3550lb 65 GTO with a WS6 front sway bar, 70 GTO rear bar, and a steering box from a Jeep Grand Cherokee in northern Michigan. If you want to soil your armor I will bring out the 700hp/tq 79 Formula, but its not set up to go around corners anymore. No, my cars do not have chevy engines in them, I don't like to spend that much money to go that slow.

When you want to drive a 79 Trans Am or a 2nd gen Formula that doesn't have a weak suck 350 and 3.73 gears making it feel like it has some power, let me know. I have several of them. Of course the 79 Formula doesn't handle very well without sway bars and with a manual box in it, but the Butler Performance 467 under the hood will soil your underwear for a month. Might not let you drive that one if you think a zz4 350 is fast. ;) I have a nice mild 71 Formula 400 I will be moving from the farm to my shop in the coming days... I might turn it into a 455 HO clone to match my 72 that is the real deal. Then I can race the Pure Stock Drags with the clone. Might be fun to paint them the same color and make them twins. Also mine have good center links and pittman arms so when you turn the wheel, the car changes direction unlike that thing that drives about as good as a 74 LTD. Or you can roll in one of the GTOs. I can put the 70 back together easily enough since I haven't started the frame off on it yet.
