  1. The wage gap is not about misogyny or oppression of women, it is an accurate representation of the differences in work and performance between men and women. It is illegal to pay someone less based on gender or race. So what this amounts to is feminists shouting from the rooftops to anyone who will listen "Women aren't working as much as men are!!!" but framing it so they can get paid more for less work so they have the same amount coming to them for fewer hours. The woman of the year last year was a man. What does that say about women? I saw this first hand in the US military, where you get paid for how long you been in and how competent you are. My job was extremely physical, lifting heavy shit, loading cargo planes. I was often teamed with the females, because I could carry their weight as well as my own, and get the job done. We never had all female load teams, they simply can't put enough muscle mass into it. Physiology, not discrimination. So I am doing a minimum of 4x the work, and getting paid the same as a girl who can't lift 40lbs. How is that fair? The females who couldn't do as much often got busy work jobs where they didn't do much all day and handled the trivial meaningless bullshit, they were often the cute ones who got those jobs. You girls want to be equal? You better start shooting some juice. In my factory jobs, the girls got the very light duty inspection jobs, the men had the heavy lifting and dangerous jobs. We all were paid the same despite the girls doing far less physical labor and having far fewer skills such as machining and programming the CNCs. Claiming most CEOs are men is idiotic. Why? Because I know I do more work than anyone who is on TV for a living, and I have never made more than $40k in my entire life. I do not see anyone clamoring for girls to do the heavy labor jobs, oh no they want the high paying jobs, but without the responsibilities that go with those high paying jobs. All the benefits with none of the responsibility and consequences. When they are CEOs they do so amazingly well... HP, Yahoo.... etc. But fuck merit, lets all go with identity politics and you get paid because you have a vagina and are supposedly a bigger victim, not because you are capable.
