  1. The death penalty is not a deterrent or there would be no murders. It's revenge. Don't pretend otherwise.

  2. I accept it for the most heinous crimes. I also think it should be an elective. If you dont,want life in prison, you can ask to be put to death instead of choking on bedsheets.

  3. America is half Democracy/ half barbarism. So, it doesn't get the same civilized treatment as say, Denmark.
