  1. I had an idea today, if bike wheels had weights onsprings inside wheel, that as you moved fast the weights moved toward outside circumference, would it create a faster tire with more torque? Going real fast downhill or on straight aways, would it give you an,initial boost up a hill, while the weights return to center? One of you smartys do it, report back. I don't want to.
