  4. Seems unfair, but on deep level, understandable. I can relate to stoic, silent tall meathead. I can't relate to quiet, eyes averting, stuck up woman. The physicality is different. Muscleman is saying "don't start none.won't be none" with body language. He's not angry or rude, just bored/relaxed. Same demeanor in a woman is hostile, unsmiling..it says " go away.Ewww. I'm better than you." True or False this is human nature. An unsmiling guy will get the job. An unsmiling woman will not. Cranky male boss will be spoken about in hushed tones. Cranky female boss, people will quit. Not fair, but biology plays a much bigger part in our day to day than we would like it to. Still, no one likes rude or aggressive people.
