  2.  @everywhere3301  Magma is underground. Lava is exposed magma. The former is slightly hotter than the latter, not that your skin will notice an appreciable difference.

  3. Fun Fact #2: Diamonds can't melt in lava and lightning is much, much hotter than molten rock. It just doesn't stick to you, although you will likely be a combination of burnt and sticky in either scenario. Aloha!
