  2. This isn't feasible. Much too expensive. How about a random generator for ignition that activates spikes? You never know when spikes will come out, so less willing to drive. And we won't even have to spike every car. Random.

  4. I think we need to invest in human catapults and big circus nets to get places. On occasion, there will be a surface to air collision, but those will be rare....and hilarious.
