That you took a term used about large businesses that produce airplanes and bombs, and found a way to suggest there is one that produces homeless people for a profit. If you wanted to say that there aren't enough people dealing with the sitiation, I'd agree. If you wanted to say homeless people are difficult to convince and make them confirm to rules, I'd agree. If you wanted to say that funds get mismanaged whenever any organization is trying to enact a change, I'd agree. But, you went the flat earther approach, borrowing a term if anything Liberals mostly use ( I'm aware Eisenhower a Republican coined it) to show their disdain towards multimillionaire who profit off of human suffering, mostly the death of poor people in other countries. There is no secret society meeting in boardrooms thinking about their homelessness numbers and profits from. Trumpvoters, besides a profound lack,of empathy for their fellow American, are ultimately just less intelligent than Democrats and the wise Republicans that saw he is merely a con artist.
