  1. Brah. I'm a few years younger ( less older ) but we got some similarities. Ex Navy, current fuckup. Wanted to go to the Kubert School, but we moved. Used GI Bill on something similar but not the same. Subscribed. Leit's talk someday. Wrightson illustrated King's Cycle of the Werewolf and early Swamp Thing. I started some story ideas a few years ago, but all creativity is on hiatus whilst I deal with family drama, legal entanglements, impending illness ( liver pain from swilling booze ) and deep almost catatonic depression at times. But, I have times of productivity. And I'm pushing through a malignant narcissist visitation and 5 days sobriety, so far. For real, let's shoot the shit around mid November when I expect my current hellscape to have changed geographically. I have a short story I have to restart next year. It is about a sheepdog that joins the wolves. I can draw, and paint a little..but if I ain't got a Muse, I don't work. Ass, Cash or Grass is my motto.

  6. And this is why narcissists exist. They will not allow grief, loss or failure to stop their engines. People like myself collapse into nihilism. Narcissism is another response. Not exactly admirable, but they don't let reality sink in.
