  2. It's because of fear. We live in the post-world War II nuclear era. It's not because of money. Vietnam we did not want the expansion of communism. Putin doesn't want the expansion of NATO. Both ears might be unfounded but they are strong fears because they are backed up with the potential for nuclear Armageddon. Why doesn't anyone understand this?
