You continue to make stuff up about things you don't understand. First, it seems fairly clearly that you don't have a good grasp of numbers, whether it's gov't subsidies, EV sales, or EV segments in which top selling Chinese EVs are sold, or the different market segments in the US.
You also lack basic understanding of how subsidies work or what is legal or illegal under the law or China's WTO obligation. For instance, not all subsidies are illegal, but China's state-led export policy -- ie, subsidizing EV exports or de-subsidizing foreign imports/competitors (aka, "local content requirement") -- is in violation under China's WTO obligation: "... subsidies that require recipients to meet certain export targets, or to use domestic goods instead of imported goods. They are prohibited because they are specifically designed to distort international trade, and are therefore likely to hurt other countries’ trade. ..."
