@jacobbocks4798 in the UK's Highway Code it states that when queuing use all the available road space and merge close to the point where the lanes merge. Number 2 is exactly what drivers in the UK are supposed to do. However, we also have the same empty heads who will congregate in the lane that will remain open instead of using all available road space causing unnecessary congestion. I'm surprised that the states don't have a similar rule.

16.5 nice helping out of an idiot. Well driven.
2
Number 2 - when passing a lay-by (UK term for such a parking area) you should always assume, unless you can see otherwise, that someone might be wanting to pull out and take your foot off the throttle. Whilst your insurance will find you not at fault in such a crash you avoided, you can avoid being without your own car for a period of weeks.
2
@benguest4834 so 2 wrongs make a right? Yes, the van was stopped in the wrong place but that doesn't make the cammer's actions any better. Have you never been lost in a strange city or part of the city you don't know well?
2
@61rampy65 you must have a lovely head of air, with all the hair splitting you do. Using any manual tool is hand tightened. Using your fingers is also hand tightened. I'm not an authority, but do have experience. You just seem to have a mouth and no experience.
2
@61rampy65 thanks for confirming everything I said.
2
Number 14 only a idiot rides in someone's blind spot.
2
Number 1 - what does "STOP" mean? Whilst the guy in your footage was in the wrong, it doesn't mean that you are any better.
2
The Sheriff missed him because he was white.
2
Number 8 in such situations you should drive a bit slower and give yourself a bit more time to react.
2
@searay7723 too damn right.
2
Number 15 - poor lane discipline. Get over to the 1st lane before you reach your junction, otherwise we'll watching you in a video entitled: "Bad drivers never miss there exit".
2
@johnt.848 is that the US rule? Because Rule 168 of the Highway Code says the opposite.168 Being overtaken. If a driver is trying to overtake you, maintain a steady course and speed, slowing down if necessary to let the vehicle pass. Never obstruct drivers who wish to pass. Speeding up or driving unpredictably while someone is overtaking you is dangerous. Drop back to maintain a two-second gap if someone overtakes and pulls into the gap in front of you.
2
Number 21 - you could have used your brakes and turned it into a non-event.
2
Number 18 was your speed as safe speed? You've just gad one car cross in front of you, you should have expected there might be more of them and lifted off the loud pedal.
2
Number 14 turn signals don't mean it is safe to move, they just indicate that you wish to move in the direction indicated. The fault for that accident lies with you.
2
At least the windows survived...
2
Number 13 - were you driving just in front of the truck in the middle lane of had it caught up to you? If the former then you need to stop driving in the blind spits of other vehicles fir your own safety. If the latter then the trucker needs to pay more attention
2
16.3 we're changing your tag to Cupid Stunt for that incident. You held up other road users with that, Stunt.
2
In response to the first clip - only one cop car with 4 lanes to deal with and we have no idea when the incident occurred. Drivers should be driving at speeds that they can stop within the distance they can see.
2
5,1 failed to observe the merging vehicle and take any action to avoid the incident because they had right of way effectively making things worse. You kniw can yield the right of way? So, why not use your brakes instead on your horn and make the world a better place?
2
We have the same type of cycling cock-wombles in the UK, out there looking for trouble for their channels by putting themselves in danger.
1
Number 10 might have been caused by an old lady but you and everyone else who flew past in the lefthand lane didn't help, sordid your rebuke on the horn. Why not be a grown-up and help such drivers out of their stupidity?
1
Poster of number 12 - you've never read the secret version of the rules of the road given to certain cycling experts?
1
@Dan-yk6sy too prosaic, man.
1
Number 5 - so someone slows down before turning off the road is a brake check? Get a life.
1
Number 1 - he wasn't thinking, you have to do his thinking for him (and you did).
1
Number 6 heads to open their eyes a bit more. The other car moved over because of the dar approaching at speed from the tight and not looking like it was going to yield.
1
Number 9: hornscause people to react in many ways, including coming to a sudden stop. It's better in many cases to not sound your horn but brakes early as possible and sadly shake your head at the other person poor driving. You won't make many a better safer driver by sounding your horn.
1
Number 13 - your son was at fault for following the rules of the road. Everyone knows that...
1
Number 1 - a self-entitled driver with a camera.
1
Whilst you had the right of way Number 7, you had plenty of time to prevent an accident. Much better to have the footage of this bone headed trucker being in the wrong place and your vehicle undamaged than to keep your right of way and have your car off the road for repairs.
1
9, 10 and 12 now missing.
1
@wshk9718 cammer 100% at fault.
1
@rogerlay8183 just as long as it's horn to brake and not the other way round.
1
Number 8, why not let the idiot in and save yourself a lot of hassle? It's just a strip of tarmac not a birthright.
1
Number 13 - have you been to Britain as you certainly have a British sense of humour?
1
Number 1 - you do realise you started this interaction by sounding your horn? No one was in danger.
1
Number 3 - what an arse. You closed the gap do much the other motorist was left with no option but to creep over. Less mouth and less gas AND more gap.
1
@punchodex2 cammer talks about storm damage, but drives like everything is fine. Where's the commonsense there?
1
@Dani-zm6ey you admit that your speed was excessive considering the storm damage. You're on a road lined with trees and can't anticipate that branches might be down? Where's your commonsense?
1
@Dani-zm6ey looks like it from the caption and your reaction. As I said too fast for the conditions and lack of anticipation at a point more likely to have branches down.
1
@Dani-zm6ey because of your arrogance over commonsense and the lack of it in others. From the footage, I'm certain that the other driver crossed over earlier to avoid debris, but you didn't take that into consideration - displaying the lack of commonsense you are lambasting the other driver for not having.
1
Must be a fan of Bone Head Truckers. You know - swing wide it's a trailer.
1
They say Americans don't like liberals but they're m9st liberal people,e Know when it comes to the use of their car horns. Very few 9f them are conservativein this respect. For gods' sake it's a road not a birth right.
1
Cycling Mikey has an American cousin.
1
Number 2 - gave uluru never changed your mind at a junction? So what, if they're slow there may gave green a good reason you couldn't see.
1
Number 13. I hope the police officer dealing with your crash has been reported for dereliction of duty.
1
@realulli so would, or footage from another perspective. Unfortunately we might never know the full story.
1
@freedomwillneverdie6600 by sounding their horn the cammer forced them to take action. Have you never been lost in a strange city? A little patience goes along way.
