  1. Number 14 turn signals don't mean it is safe to move, they just indicate that you wish to move in the direction indicated. The fault for that accident lies with you.

  2. Number 11. You need to pay better attention. The turn signal is clearly on from the start of your clip. And SLOW down in the rain as your stopping distance will be at least double what it is in the dry. New wiper blades wouldn't go amiss either.
