  1.  @adamnixon5503  "If the minimum is not in fact the minimum, then raise your minimum amount to open an account." perhaps they should. but it also says: " move along, you are to poor to get us interested" lot of people would not stomach such honesty. :p

  3. nope home clients are good, but just my guess: dont haggle about minimum amounts with a private bank. they do not rely on "minimum" clients and will happily show it. IMHO if you cannot meet their expectations to do business you are just not worth their time. bring a million and they might entertain the idea ? ;)
